LOCAL NEWSPAPER ARTICLE ON GOERTZEN FAMILY TODAY

The local newspaper in the city the Goertzens live in has done a story on their journey. The article was published in today's paper. There will be an additional article printed in Friday's paper. The paper is called the Richmond News. The reporter, Alan, has put a lot of time into learning about lyme and listening to the Goertzen's story. The article is well done and will hopefully help to spread awareness about lyme.
The Richmond News website can be found by clicking here - RICHMOND NEWS.  On their homepage there is a "send us your feedback" button. If you have a moment to drop them a line to say thanks and/or share your own story with lyme, please do.

Here's the link to the story:

Family Looks on Bright Side

Welcome to Partners in Lyme!

Hi, my name is Naomi and I am a friend of the Goertzen family. Even in the face of all the physical challenges and financial struggles that fighting Lyme presents, the Goertzens are able to maintain their unconventional humour and continue to steadfastly Trust in God.

It has now come to a place in their journey where they are in need of help to pay for the life-saving treatment that Shannon, Taylor and Parker are on. Last year, Shannon's battle alone cost the family $20,000 in out of pocket medical expenses. Their journey presents us, their friends and family, with a unique opportunity to partner with them as they battle this insidious disease and fight to regain their lives.

Please join me as a Partner in Lyme.

Put your love for this family in action!
